1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ShowMyTraffic (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
ShowMyTraffic provides a public directory and leaderboard displaying verified website traffic metrics obtained through official, read-only integration with Google Analytics (GA4). The Service enables website owners and founders to prove their audience reach transparently.
3. Verification & Authority
When connecting Google Analytics to verify a website, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the legitimate owner, operator, or authorized representative of the domain and Google Analytics property being submitted.
- You have full legal authority to grant read-only access to the analytics data for that property.
- You consent to having the verified visitor numbers, domain name, and public favicon published on our open leaderboard.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Attempt to connect a Google Analytics property to a domain that does not correspond to that property.
- Use automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to overwhelm, disrupt, or bypass rate limits on ShowMyTraffic.
- Submit websites containing unlawful, malicious, fraudulent, or harassing content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or tamper with the verification pipeline or leaderboard rankings.
5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
Website names, logos, and favicons displayed on the leaderboard belong exclusively to their respective owners. ShowMyTraffic displays them under fair use solely for identification and directory categorization purposes.
The ShowMyTraffic interface, brand assets, code, and design are the proprietary intellectual property of ShowMyTraffic.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
ShowMyTraffic displays data received directly from the Google Analytics Data API “as is”. While we verify that metrics originate directly from authenticated Google Analytics accounts, ShowMyTraffic does not warrant that third-party analytics configurations are free of internal reporting anomalies or bot filters.
Under no circumstances shall ShowMyTraffic be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
7. Delisting & Removal
We reserve the right to remove any website from the leaderboard at our discretion, including cases where domains expire, traffic appears fabricated, or upon request of the verified owner.
